    Here are some of the questions we think you may have regarding our new Captain's Club App. By clicking on each question, the information we’ve provided will answer some of the important queries you may have.

    • Answer:

      No, your outstanding balance as of 25th May 2017 will automatically transfer across.

    • Answer:

      You can still use your Captain's Club card to have points added and to spend points in all of our catering units but you will loose some functionality by not having the App. You will also be able to log into your Captain's Club account via a computer too when we email the details to you and you will be able to purchase WHSmith, Days Inn and Love2Shop vouchers on your desktop account. Then you can print the screen and present the voucher to the cashier/Receptionist at WHSmith/Days Inn at Roadchef.

      We want to make the system easier, so now you just have more points that you can use how you want.

    • Answer:

      Your card number can be manually inputted by our cashiers if the card doesn’t scan do to damage. Please contact coachsupport@roadchef.com to request a replacement card.

    • Answer:

      If you visit with 6-19 passengers you will receive half of the current amount of points and 0-5 passengers will be no points.

    • Answer:

      An email will be sent out to you with details on how to obtain your login and password on Wednesday 24th May.
