In 2002 the Roadchef Coach Support Team was created to develop better relationships with coach companies, coach drivers and coach passengers, in order to fully satisfy the needs of the coach industry.
We have worked hard to help our key customers in the coach business to pre-book coaches into Roadchef Motorway Service Areas and arrange interchange sites.
For coach drivers and tour guides/managers we have created the Captain’s Club, which allows you to enjoy hassle free privileges at 19 Roadchef locations. Every time you visit with a passenger group, you can collect Roadchef Rewards and when you qualify, exchange them for either Roadchef or Argos vouchers. Also when you stop, enjoy a free meal in either Restbite, or if you are travelling on the M5, SOHO Coffee Co. or Hot Food Company (both available at Strensham services southbound only).

You can also print off a leaflet for future reference, which contains full details of our Roadchef Rewards scheme, again using the appropriate link opposite.
